i'm surprised Starbucks hasn't created a machine that automatically does that to all their coffee/tea drinks. It would be a nice way of branding - the company logo in the coffee foam.
wow great collection, I especially like the tinkerbell. I've posted a video tutorial on how you can do this. Don't mean to spam but if you'd like to learn check it out. http://www.baristacollege.com/latteart.html
@live tv, that would be a killer idea to put startbucks logos in all their coffees. Call them ;)
@mommy, we are not leaching, we host the pics locally and link back for credit ;)

This is great stuff. I tried, however i believe it requires some kind of special cream, as the ones avaliable in the market gets dissolves in the coffee and also the chocolate syrup. Any advice on this, because i really need to know this.
thanks

Very cool. As an artist I'm always looking for new canvasses, but I hadn't thought of this!

If you go to a good coffee school you can learn how to do this sorta stuff fairly easily.

The barista uses espresso and a heavy cream. The two do not mix that easily. The coffee is poured first then the cream. Notice it is filled to the top. Then the "image" is created very quickly with a stick. Additional things like caramel or chocolate is used (though I've only seen it done with the coffee/cream variety)
I love these pics!! Can I use one of your photos for my flyer for my FREE community events coming up? I would really appreciate it... Visit my blog to see what I'm all about and thanks in advance if you give permission.
